Sir please visit a dentist nearby because until n unless we see the condition of your teeth, we can't suggest what exactly is to be done. Because cleaning your teeth will definitely be required to remove the stains but it also depends on the extent of stains. You may also require other treatment options if you want to get it white like initial like bleaching, etc. But that can be advised only on the basis of requirement. So please visit the dentist and he/she may advise you the best treatment possible.
