Salpingitis can be detected on USG
My ultrasound findings revealed that I have pelvic infection and right side of my lower abdomen having dull pain that comes and go. I'm attached my USG report as well plz go through and let me know

The reason for the pain could be the inflammation of the gut and the Renal stone For pelvic infection you need to be examined
