Positive+ but usg doesn't detect
My LMP was 4/5/23..pregnancy test was positive in home kit and also in urine test..yesterday my usg was done but it cannot detect pregnancy..so I had done beta hcg test..my report is attached here....is everything okay?

This may be a biochemical pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy. So repeat the beta hcg after two days and see the rise

you are pregnant
Bhcg is positive for pregnancy

Get beta hcg done again after 48 hrs, it should double in normal healthy pregnancy
Get follow up ultrasound done after 10 days
