Ruptured eardrum
I have ruptured eardrum from past 2 years,but from last 2 days I'm having little lightheadness with no spinning,I can't explain what it is but doesn't seems normal with sometimes nausea.
What can be the reason behind this ruptured eardrum?
Consulted general physician,checked this.

CBC test done everything normal

your giddiness could be due to the damaged ear drum , it could be due to inner ear issues
-ear drum could have been ruptured due to any past infection or some trauma
