Runny Cold and mild cough
Dear Doctor,
My son 4yrs has cold with eye watery with very mild cough. Pls suggest can we gv maxtra and nasvision drop .

Maxtra can be given but watch for fever, cough, headache or throat pain . If present donot self medicate. Consult a pediatrician accordingly
