Running nose
Problem: running nose I have taken cetrizine 10 mg (Dr reddy tab) around 10 AM. I still have running nose after 6 hours. How can I expedite the recovery ? I have also taken one calpol 650 tab for mild fever (99.5) and mild headache. I am also taking enough water to keep me hydrated and taken hot water vapor once. No other issue. What I should do now for fast recovery and relief. Can you please suggest ?

Switch to tablet Monteleukast + Lecocetrizine once daily instead of cetrizine for better results. And add carvol plus capsule in your steam to be taken 3times daily. Break one capsule in water to be steamed and take  fumes.
