Shoulder pronation is because of some week muscles which becomes due to posture habits for eg. Desk job, long sitting or sedentary lifestyle etc. You should visit a physiotherapist for particular muscles strengthening.
Bad posture contributes to rounded shoulders.
You should correct your posture.
You should do back strengthening and core muscles strengthening exercises.
You can go to gym.
You should do the exercises atleast for one year.
Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic, you need proper exercises under expert supervision.
its a cross syndrome.
before starting gym take few sessions of exercises from physical therapist and later you can go to gym as well.
Good that u have uploaded Ur whole back picture. As your pelvis is tilted forward so ur lower back is with increased arch. To compensate your lower back arch, your upper back(thoracic spine) has increased roundedness which is leading to rounded shoulders.
Ur treatment will involve abdominal muscles strengthening, lower back muscles stretching, upper back muscles strengthening and chest muscles stretching exercises. We call it cross syndrome.
Next Steps
U should consult online for proper guidance for exercise prescription and posture correction.
