From past 2 days I have soreness roughness and mouth ulcers and tongue has got rough like all food is getting spicy and no taste is working on me. Fatigueness has also started. I feel like this all started after I ate salty chips with oranges thereafter and some ice cream also. Heart palpitations and fatigue, confusion also there. Can oranges with salty chips cause all this problem. What is the solution

Vit B12 deficiency
Gastric disturbance
Viral infections
Irritation of sharp objects
Genetic factors
Bcoz of diz ulcers n soreness you may be able to take ur foods properly,skiping of food makes fatigueness
Apply dologel on the affected area
