Full thickness supraspinatus tear in right shoulder.please tell me it is heal on its own or surgey is necessary. Please suggest if there is any other option.

For this you need regular physiotherapy it will definitely help you to recover from.the tear and donot jump on to surgery right way .So please go for physiotherapy treatment first
