The cost of the treatment are not fixed it depends upon the place you choose . We charge 3500 for root canal . And after that for placing a crown the charges may vary according to the choice of material by you.

There is no fixed charges for RCT. But charges may be around 3500 to 4500. And you also mentioned about pain in left side first root, but as such treatment is done for whole tooth.

Any treatments charges depends upon where you go. Private or trust. And that too it varies. If root canal treatment is necessary at this stage, then its better to save the tooth than to delay it till it falls down or the dentist atlast has to pull it out.
