You can save your teeth from further decay by visiting a dentist and getting the clinical and radiographic examination done.. a "quotation" for a treatment is very difficult to give without a proper clinical examination..

Hi,it is very difficult to answer a question like this,first of all an X-ray is a must,then cost differs at different places,whether the tooth can be salvaged with post and core and root canal treatment,or not,after that the cap issue arises.
