Consult with a dentist
Online now
if you have pain only while eating or biting...then may be their is some high point on the crown..visit your dentist immediately as he would reduce the high point. take ketoral dt 2 tabs in water for instant relief.  also if u have still not got the crown ...then there may be some inflammation in the periapical area for which the tooth has to be relieved. visit your dentist and repeat a course of antibiotic along with pain killers.
Next Steps
do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day.
