Root canal
I had one session of root canal and a temporary filling was applied and I couldn't go for other sessions cus of the lockdown. It's been 3 months and the filling is coming out, is there something I can do at home? No dentists are open near me.

CAUTION: You may not agree with this solution at the outset but will be extremely thankful to me after following it. 1. Clean the cavity of any food debris by flossing and brushing it thoroughly. 2. Apply a small sterile ball of cotton in the cavity but make sure not to fill the hollow space of the cavity upto the brim. 3. Take a little amount of white candle wax. Make the wax lukewarm under a stove/burner/candle so that it becomes viscous.
Next Steps
4. Finally place the softened wax in the cavity, apply ghee/butter over it and  bite on your back teeth as you do while chewing. Hurray now you will not need to see the dentist soon enough.
Health Tips
1. Avoid drinking very hot beverages. 2. Avoid biting hard foodstuffs on your semi- RCtreated tooth. 3. Most importantly, rush to your dentist and get your treatment completed at the earliset opportunity after the lock down is lifted and your dentist become operational. Good luck.

You will not feel pain as root canal has been done, but there are chances of reinfection as your temporary filling is coming out. You can place a cotton plug in the cavity area and please maintain hygiene of that area in particular. Gargles after every meal is advisable.
Next Steps
Whenever the clinics open, get the filling done till then avoid eating hard food from that side.
Health Tips
Use Hexidine mouthwash twice daily to maintain the area infection free.

In the rarest of lucky circumstances, you can get away without getting a re-RCT whenever the nearby clinics open, that's a future prospect, as of now do this -
Next Steps
roll a tiny ball of cotton, and try to stuff it in the cavity area with the help of tweezers
Health Tips
ensure, that no food gets lodged in this cavity. if the cotton ball comes out, use another one, keep replacing it and at no point keep the cavity exposed, use a floss regularly in that area especially if it's a sideways cavity. last and not the least, warm salt water rinses, two times a day

Since the root canal was done, there won't  be pain  bt as the temporary filling has come out , there are chances of infection if the canals remain open for longer time. So my suggestion  wud be, get a temporary  filling done again till u get the permanent  filling done . Till then maintain  proper oral hygiene  .
