Hi there...
It's not a shame to go in for a free consultation and to admit it's because of difficult financial issues is candid and honest.
The pic you posted suggests it may not be. Simple fungal infection but more likely to be Seborrheic Dermatitis or sebopsoriasis.
A more detailed work up may be required with scraping for KOH +/- a local punch biopsy if need be.
Next Steps
Topical 2% ketoconazole lotion application twice daily together with Itraconazole cap orally post meals in a dose of 200mg once daily x 7 days may best help you for now
Do take a pic in 7 days and review.
Yes treatment is available but other personal hygiene and counselling steps are necessary to permanently treat it
Next Steps
Kindly consult online for proper treatment
Health Tips
Do not apply anything without consultation, avoid shaving/trimming from barber shop, keep clothing and towel separate and if similar complaint in family treatment is also required for them to prevent recurrences.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
