Dear Practo user.
If u r deficient in calcium and vitamin d ,then only go for those supplements. have u done a Vitamin ,mineral profile and understood your levels?
Over loading with those supplements are not a healthy option.
Just curious to knw who had recommended u supplements with out dose and time..!!
