Hello Your OPG shows 4 of your 3rd molar and 2 of your lower canines to be impacted and are needed to be removed. The pain that you are having is due to the wisdom tooth only.

yes, due to eruption process in wrong direction mostly they cause pain.

Hi from the xray attached, the upper right wisdom tooth is trying erupt. Pericoronitis is swelling of the gums around the wisdom tooth because it is trapped inside the jaw and is trying to pierce the gums and come out. Also the upper right first molar there is root canal treated but not capped.
Next Steps
All four wisdom teeth are present and inside the bone which need to be knocked off .

Pain due to Impacted last tooth and also may be due to Rct treated tooth..oral check up  needed.

Hi Your all 4 wisdom teeth are impacted,there is no sufficient space for the teeth to come out that's the reason why u have pain. There are other teeth in lower front tooth region which are also  impacted... Ur milk teeth are still present u should get them extracted n then followed by orthodontic treatment.
