If you had some fish or non veg that stuck in gums or teeth accidentally or seeds of fruits .. they may cause such pain in gums and teeth after 1-2 days. If you gently massage the painful area some white pus may come out. If it’s iii molar ( wisdom tooth area) they could be erupting.
Next Steps
You should see a dentist if pain is persisting and can gargle with warm salt water. Take paracetamol 500 mg two or three times a day if pain is severe but you need a dentist consultation if it continues.

Please get a dental check up. It could be your wisdom tooth erupting or an infected tooth that is causing pain
