If you had some fish or non veg that stuck in gums or teeth accidentally or seeds of fruits .. they may cause such pain in gums and teeth after 1-2 days.
If you gently massage the painful area some white pus may come out.
If it’s iii molar ( wisdom tooth area) they could be erupting.

You should see a dentist if pain is persisting and can gargle with warm salt water. Take paracetamol 500 mg two or three times a day if pain is severe but you need a dentist consultation if it continues.
