Since when are you having this pain. Not able to move hand due to weakness or pain. Any previous treatment taken? Do you have work profile demanding long hours of sitting? Have you checked your mattress. Please share more details. Kindly consult for complete resolution.

Most likely it is due to muscle spasm...
Can take anti-inflammatory with muscle relaxant like zerodol MR ( if not allergic)..
Can consult if pain does not decrease in couple of days...
Inform if u also have leg pain..or any history of trauma or fever
