Right leg hamstring pain
My right leg hamstring is paining I am not able to sit not able to walk it happened after yoga I have done after many days. it has been 4-5 days haven't got any relief from painkiller seem like nerves issue any expert advice

Nerve issues is not that much localised that it will cause pain only in hamstring. U might have strained the hamstring. Always gradually built up on any activity

Go for hot fomenting. Analgesic with muscle relaxant. Local application of spray or gel.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep  a pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. Nerve can be a issue if painkillers are not helping. Best to take rest and avoid any lifting weights from ground. Can consult for detailed evaluation. Sos painkillers
