I m having right knee swelling and pain 4 months after c-section sometimes I hear some noise in my knee

Ma'am, Get your X-Ray done as soon as possible Apply Contrast Bath- In which you have to take 2 buckets each with hot and cold water respectively, first you have to put your leg in hot water for 3 mins and then in cold water for 1 min. Do this with alternate leg for 20 mins twice a day
