Recently was suffering from constant nausea and vomiting. Had consulted local physician who diagnosed me with epigastritis. I am currently on medication. I had done blood test yesterday though was not recommended by doctor got my reports , need suggestion on whether everything is fine or should I consult specific doctor. Having SGOT-41 ESR -19 SGPT-35 I had medical history in which one doc mentioned I had bilary gastritis , sibo and ibs. Though I don't have any pain but a sudden minute pinch appears on my left quadrant and sometimes near my navel area. It's not excessive but a sudden pinch

Based on the information provided, it appears you have been experiencing significant nausea and vomiting, leading to a diagnosis of epigastritis. You mentioned that you've had a recent blood test and shared your results, which seem to fall within generally acceptable ranges, though specific interpretation can vary based on individual context. Considering your medical history of biliary gastritis, SIBO, and IBS, the sudden pinching sensation in your left quadrant and near your navel could be related to these conditions. However, it's essential to recognize that such symptoms can also indicate other underlying issues that may require further investigation. While your blood tests show some normal values, they do not provide a complete picture of your digestive health. I recommend that you consult with a gastroenterologist or a specialist familiar with your history for a thorough evaluation. This will help determine the exact cause of your symptoms and allow for appropriate treatment options. For a more detailed discussion and tailored advice regarding your health concerns, please feel free to consult me directly or reach out via WhatsApp at eight hundred nine eight two one three three two. It's essential to address these symptoms comprehensively for your well-being.
