Report for scrub typhus
I got this test done by lab today but can't find out whether it is positive or not. My grandfather has fever since 3 days with nausea. Please help with this report.

we usually do scrub typhus IGM(elisa method) on 7th day of fever if fever persists for more than 5 days
any other symptoms like rash,SOB,dry cough,jaundice,less urine output,bleeding manifestation etc?
Can do Blood for CBC,urea,creatinine and LFT,CXR PA view

anyways,start cap.doxt SL(100mg)-1×twice daily after meal for 7 days
or,tab.azithral (500mg)- 1×once daily before meal for 5 days
cap.sompraz D(40 mg)-1×once daily before BF
tab.pyrigesic 1 gm-1× thrice daily if fever persists
tab.heptagon-1× twice daily
syr.reswas-5 ml thrice daily if dry cough

Positive.
Cap doxylb 200 two times a day after food for 7 to ten days.
Avoid milk or milk products with doxy lb
. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to 5days days.
Tab Emset4 MD to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly once nausea.
Plenty of water n liquid lemonade electoral powder.

Result is positive for scrub typhus. Start tab doxycycline 200mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Avoid milk products 30 minutes before and after doxycycline.

Good evening. I have noticed that in the repoet your grand father is positive for scrub typhus igm antibodies that means he is having avtive infection. Can u please elaborate on his symptoms like fever body pains any rash and respiratory symptoms
