Hello, the size of calculi is small and can be treated through homeopathy. You do not need to undergo an operation for that. The main problem s hydronephrosis which is building up due to the blockage cause by the calculi. But it can be easily treated with homeopathy. I have treated such cases before.

Your stone size is very small but position of stone is concerning as it is obstructing the flow.You can take homeopathy but strictly under the guidance of professional homeopath along with timely investigations.If u want to go for surgery laproscopic laser surgery will be done by urologist.

You have grade 2 hydronephrosis and hydro ureter so please don't drink too much water at once as it may increase pressure on the kidney.
If you feel thirsty then drink minimum amount of water in sips, then you can drink again after sometime.
