Hello, the size of calculi is small and can be treated through homeopathy. You do not need to undergo an operation for that. The main problem s hydronephrosis which is building up due to the blockage cause by the calculi. But it can be easily treated with homeopathy. I have treated such cases before.

Hello, the size of calculi is small and can be treated through homeopathy. You do not need to undergo an operation for that. What your report means:
Bilateral renal calculi â Stones in both kidneys
Grade II hydronephrosis + hydroureter up to VUJ â There is moderate swelling of kidneys and ureters, usually due to obstruction from stones
Cystitis â Bladder inflammation/infection
No radiopaque stone in ureter/bladder â Stones mainly in kidneys
This suggests active obstruction + infection risk, so treatment should not be delayed.
What procedure is usually done?
In such cases, urologists commonly consider:
Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) â for larger kidney stones
Or Ureteroscopy (URS) if stones move into ureter
Sometimes stenting first (DJ stent) if swelling/infection is significant
Will both kidneys be operated in one sitting?
Usually NOT in most cases
If stones are on both sides, doctors often treat one kidney at a time
This is safer, especially in:
Hydronephrosis
Infection (cystitis)
Spinal cord patients (higher complication risk)
In select cases (stable patient, smaller stones), bilateral same-session surgery may be doneâbut this is decided only after full evaluation.
Hospital stay:
For one-side PCNL: 3â5 days
If both sides (staged): may require two admissions or extended stay
If complications/infection: may be slightly longer
About your BP (128/91):
This is slightly elevated diastolic, but generally acceptable for surgery
Anaesthetist will evaluate before surgery
As long as:
No severe hypertension
No heart issues
It is usually safe
Since you are a spinal cord patient, extra care is needed:
Higher risk of urinary infections
Bladder issues (neurogenic bladder)
Risk of autonomic dysreflexia during procedures
So surgery planning must be very carefully individualized
My honest guidance:
You will need intervention, medicines alone wonât clear this
Likely staged surgery (one side first, then second)
Infection must be controlled before surgery
This is a manageable condition, but timing and planning are very important in your case. Donât panicâbut donât delay either.
If you want, you can share:
Stone size
Symptoms
Current medications
I can guide you more precisely on which procedure suits you best and expected outcome.

Renal calculi are very small in size. You need not to undergo operative procedure.
The chances of recurrence are high.
It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects but you need an expert Homeopathic physician asap.
Next Steps
I have been working as a Homeopathic doctor for the last 17 years of experience. We are treating renal calculi patients with good results.
you can contact me through an online appointment for further assistance.
Based on the CT findings, there are stones in both kidneys with moderate hydronephrosis (swelling due to obstruction) and associated bladder inflammation. This is a condition that usually requires evaluation by a urologist, as surgery or a procedure may be necessary depending on stone size, location, and kidney function.
Blood pressure of 128/91 is slightly elevated but not a major barrier; however, surgical fitness - depends on a full medical assessment. Hospital stay duration varies with the type of procedure (endoscopic vs. open surgery).
Homeopathic medicines may help in symptom relief and prevention of recurrence, but in your case, since hydronephrosis is already present, I strongly recommend consulting a urologist for timely management, and homeopathy may be considered alongside conventional care for long-term support.

Health Tips
You have grade 2 hydronephrosis and hydro ureter so please don't drink too much water at once as it may increase pressure on the kidney.
If you feel thirsty then drink minimum amount of water in sips, then you can drink again after sometime.
