Good evening This is definitely on the higher side which requires treatment in the form of medications and lifestyle modifications Would require glycosylated hemoglobin (hba1c) to know sugar control in past three months along with kidney functions tests before starting any diabetic medications

To do a full workup if not done earlier The tests recommended would be 1.hemoglobin 2.creatinine 3.glycosylated hemoglobin 4.ecg Ophthalmology opinion for fundus examination To consult with a physician once these blood tests are done
