Low BP & Low blood sugar
Dear sir/madam, I had a bit low BP sometimes from past 1 year (90/60), with few symptoms. Yesterday also had few symptoms so checked BP, it was 90/60 also checked RBS it's 67 at a clinic. I feel weak, having disturbed sleep, tingling sensation in right side of my head. I unintentionally lost 5kgs weight and muscles from past 4 yrs (54 to 49kg, 49 stable from past 1yr), have burning sensation in stomach always. I don't skip meals, eating most of the time rice items. Less physical activity due to fatigue, heaviness in chest (did ecg, echo , tmt tests normal), and desk job. Pls suggest how can I improve this condition and lift my energy levels up. Thank you.

Honestly you need proper evaluation by physical examination and tests both.Cbc, thyroid profile, Lft, kft, pre and post mel sugar, vitamin D and B12 tests done. You can consult me if you like after these tests. This issue can't resolve normally. There are things you can and should eat& drink. High protein diet, less coffee/chai, a lil bit of workout would also help you. But still, get evaluated once.

From your description, low blood pressure and low random blood sugar may be contributing to your weakness, fatigue and tingling sensations. Unintentional weight loss and persistent stomach burning also need further evaluation.
Next Steps
Get tests done: fasting & post-meal blood sugar, thyroid profile, CBC, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and cortisol. Please don’t ignore persistent low sugar and weight loss — better to rule out treatable causes early.
Health Tips
Add frequent small meals with more protein (dal, eggs, sprouts, nuts) and vegetables, not just rice. Stay hydrated and include oral rehydration fluids/coconut water. Avoid long gaps between meals.

Hlo sir, your blood pressure is slightly low and your blood sugar can drop sometimes. Your symptoms of weakness, disturbed sleep, tingling in the head, fatigue, stomach burning, and unintended weight loss need attention. You should try to eat balanced meals including rice, vegetables, fruits, and some protein like eggs, dairy, pulses, or nuts. Drink enough water and have small frequent meals, avoiding very spicy or oily food. Light activity like short walks or stretching can help. Try to maintain regular sleep and avoid skipping meals. Since you have low blood pressure, low sugar episodes, weight loss, and stomach issues, it is important to consult a doctor for blood tests, stomach evaluation, and personalized nutrition advice. I hope this helps you.thanku😊

Hello, thank you for sharing your detailed history. Your symptoms seem to be related to multiple factors – low blood pressure, low blood sugar, poor sleep, weight loss, and stomach issues. Since your heart tests are normal, other causes like nutritional deficiencies, gastritis, thyroid issues, or anemia need to be checked.
Next Steps
Eat small, frequent meals and include proteins like dal, eggs, milk, pulses along with rice. Stay well hydrated, add ORS or lemon water with salt/sugar when feeling weak. Reduce excess tea/coffee and spicy foods if burning is present. Improve sleep hygiene  by fixed sleep time, avoid late-night screens. Gentle regular exercise or walks can help with energy and stamina.
Health Tips
Since you have weight loss, persistent burning sensation, and weakness, it is important to consult a physician and gastroenterologist for blood tests and treatment.
