Repetitions, Negative thoughts
I frequently keep reading again and again and keep repeating the same. Also I keep getting negative thoughts, negative thoughts about health and in front of God,superstition beliefs not able to control and negative thoughts when I need to compulsory need to get them(that work) right. Thank you. Any advise would be grateful.

If you have habit of reading... then I would suggest to start reading books that are positive and motivates you to look the world in a positive way. That will be easy for you as you do read. For negativity, start to ventilate it by talking to someone or writing and throwing it as much as you can. Afterwards giving positive self affirmations will help you to be more positive

Hi, Unwanted repeated thoughts can make you feel anxious or depressed. They may keep you away from enjoying your life. What you think can affect how you feel. Few techniques can helps you change how you think so that you feel better. Changing your thinking will take some time. You need to practice every day. After a while, you'll be able to stop unwanted thoughts right away. If you are not able to do it yourself, or your life is distributed, then you should consult a psychiatrist to stop thoughts that bother you
