I am suffering from repetitive thoughts, negative thoughts, lack of interest,suicidal thoughts.. Difficult in concentration

It is important to know about the nature of your repetitive thoughts. There are times when negativity and anxiety overpowers us due to which we are unable to look at other positive aspects of our life. First of all start focussing on even the smallest positive things happening around you.  I would also recommend that you try to come back to your normal routine, keep yourself busy even though you may not feel like and may have to push yourself but it will definitely help. Talk to someone close about your feelings. Moreover I am very sure if you take proper treatment for the same you will feel much better so let's get motivated and work on solving the problems.

You must visit a psychiatrist and a psychologist. Medications and Therapy will help you get over your current problems. Moreover psychotherapy will also help you work on your thoughts which seem to be increasing your distress.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
