Cause of missed abortion is bicornuate uterus. One tube is blocked but one tube is opened. For confirm diagnosis again you need laproscopic examination. So picture will be clear.

Hello dear, I am extremely sorry for your losses. Does your HSG show patent right tube? During laparoscopy, is it mentioned that you have bicornuate uterus? Hsg is only 50% true. It is not 100%. We at Mishka IVF centre could help you deliver successfully.

What was the condition of tubal patency during diagnostic laparoscopy? If not patent IVF is the answer after ruling out bicornuate uterus.
