Planning for second pregnancy
I am planning for a second pregnancy and I have a history of gdm which was detected around 28 weeks. After delivery I became prediabetic and with proper  diet my sugar levels were normal  but recently when I checked hba1c it is 5.8. I consulted my gynaecologist for pregnancy planning and told her about my hba1c.She told me nothing to worry about and start pregnancy planning and prescribed folic acid and metital 600 for 3 months. If I start taking metital 600 from now do I need to take it during my whole pregnancy. Is it good to take metital 600 from now or is it better to avoid tablets and control sugar through diet? Is it guaranteed I will have gdm again in second pregnancy?

You can take simple Metformin. There is no particular use of Myo-inositol in your case.
