Planning for second pregnancy
I am planning for second pregnancy but  after my  first pregnancy(2021) I am facing lot of health issues till now.I had fistula 5months of postpartum and I have undergone surgery 1 year back now everything is ok but after surgery I started facing tailbone pain and still I am facing problem. Then 1 year back eczema has started and somehow it is cured now.I fell sick very oftenly and doctor told me I have low immunity.During pregnancy I was diagnosed with gdm at 28 weeks and took metformin. After delivery sugar levels were normal but after 3 months of postpartum my hba1c was 6.4 and again with diet and exercise my sugar levels were normal.Last month I took blood test and I was in prediabetic range. Now I am worried to plan for second pregnancy asI am facing lot of health issues and also about gdm again in second pregnancy.Should I plan for second pregnancy what if I become type2 diabetic after delivery ? Also after delivery I started eating only healthy foods and no junk and no sugar
