Hi , tooth turning bluish means it's nerve is decaying and that's causing pain also. Occurs due to some kind of trauma to teeth. In such cases RCT and Cap is permanent treatment. Please visit your dentist for check up and X-ray, after that we can decide upon treatment. You can take pain killers for temporary relief. Take care..

Front tooth turning bluish suggests history of trauma to the tooth. May be your tooth had a hit or blow in the past and now the nerve(pulp of the tooth) is getting infection. There is no medicine to cure it. Antibiotics can only buy you some time. You need to visit your dentist to get it checked for pulpitis and get treated accordingly. Hope it clarifies your doubt.
