TB most often can be seen with repeated attacks over periods of years gap ( can’t really say whether it’s 2 years or decades) . Major thing here is the role of your immunity . I have had cases wherein patients had 3 episodes over 3 decades and that what I found in them was a poor lifestyle and malnutrition during the attack period . Also the patient had taken proper course of 3, 6 and 9 months of A.TT. Despite the patient still faced these repeated attacks . As long as u have a good immune the disease can be prevented .
