You had your last period on 18 November. 18 December is yet to come. Please have patience. You took i pill on 28 and 29 November. So you should wait till the end of December before getting worried. However if you haven't had any sexual intercourse after 27 November you may get beta HCG level done by 20 December (if you don't get your periods by 18 December).

Since emergency pills have a failure rate you need to wait till 19th of December if no periods you would need a pregnancy test if negative wait for 7 more days as the emergency pills are  also known to delay periods

Ipill has a tendency to delay period. And, you can do a urine pregnancy test if you don’t get your period on time. But the chances are less.
