Hello doctor,
My daughter is 13 years old, having frequent acidity, heartburn, constipation and lack of appetite for almost 3-4 weeks now. The uptake of meal is reduced considerably and also reporting motion Sometimes immediately after the meal.

Change life style n diet plan drastically first. Lansaprazole one in empty stomach for ten days. Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3 times.
Duphalac syr10 ml at night for constipation.
Practine 4 mg one hr before dinner it produce hunger. For two weeks.
Lupizyme syr10 ml two times after meals.
Avoid junk, fast, OUTSIDE ,non veg till she becomes symptom free.
