Bleaching is basically a cosmetic treatment which is done to enhance the colour of teeth &to make it whiter in appearance. There is no harm in bleaching the teeth unless you have some dental problems such as attrition of teeth.the only complications after bleaching is teeth sensitivity which subsides after 7-15 days of bleaching.
Next Steps
ask your dentist to evaluate your teeth for bleaching

Bleaching is not at all harmful. It's a dentist work. Sensitivity to cold happens for a day and can be easily managed. Prior check up is necessary to decide if you are the patient for bleaching or teeth whitening with some other method. Bleaching should be redone with an interval of 1.5-2 years. Meanwhile you may opt for touch ups.
Next Steps
If you can upload your pic or watsapp me on my number 96 4343 4893, I may let you know the expectations out of bleaching.
Health Tips
You may go 11 shades lighter but discuss in detail with the dentist first on the final outcome.
