It's just muscle spasm... It will recover on its own within 2-3 days. But if palpitation persits even on rest ...with sweating or dull pain continuously even when walking lying down or at rest...then u should take ECG.. OTHERWISE PERFECTLY NORMAL.

The pain you experience in the chest while stretching, could be due to muscles or ligaments. If you get palpitations, get a 12 lead ECG and consult a physician in your area.

Please share detailed medical history and then I can help you. Seems more like muscular pain.  But to clear your anxiety, you can go for a Ecg, cardiac echo.

Nothing much to worry about here. Your body is easily working, which means your heart must be fine. But sometimes we overanalyze symptoms and feel anxious. Diet also matters. If there are things going on with your gut, the feelings/pain radiates to left side of chest.
Next Steps
Rule by the book: Get an ECG done and get it evaluated. if you have never done full body tests, you should. I'm certain that if there's some issue, it won't be a big one.

The type of chest pressure you describe—coming mainly with arm/hand movements or dancing, but not with walking, climbing stairs, or exertion—sounds more like a muscle or chest wall strain rather than a heart valve problem. Palpitations can also occur due to anxiety, stress, or extra beats of the heart which are often harmless.
Next Steps
However, since it involves the chest, it’s always safer to get an ECG and basic check-up to rule out heart issues.
Health Tips
If you notice persistent pain, breathlessness, dizziness, or chest discomfort with exercise, please consult a doctor immediately.

You must have done some strenuous exercise, or lifted something heavy. Give muscle some rest, it will resolve on its own.
Next Steps
Can do a chest XRAY, for peace of mind; for pain or spasm, use DICLOFENAC gel or Volini spray.
