Regarding Stomach Issue
I am having stomach gas trouble, and bowel motion problem i.e not able to properly clean the bowel. But not now i am having a feeling of something stuck at the left side throat and at the same time also having feeling of something stuck feeling near the back and the food pipe. And my left side nose is becoming dry so some discomfortness in breathing. My spo2 is normal, no temperature and no cough.

U ur self found the reasons and rectify them  like after taking meal u r taking walk or not ,ur taking spicy or junk foods or nt ,u r taking meal slowly by chewing properly ,ur consuming liquor or nt ,
