No no .U shd have plenty of fibre in ur diet as in vegetables,fruits,and sprouts.
Millets are best as staple food in place of rawrice and wheat .
Drink enough water.
Sleep enough for 6-7 hrs atleast at night.
Eat less spicy,oily foods.Avoid frequent nonveg,masalafoods,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,desserts,icecreams,bewerages..
Include ginger,garlic,coriander,cinnamon,methi,pepper,jeera,ajwain in ur routine diet.
Physical activities as yoga,exercises,walking,playing sports,are to be included for 1 1/2-to 2 hrs a day.
