Regarding nuchal fold
I have gone through early anomoly scan in 16 week 3 days and nuchal fold come 2.5mm, after that I go through anomoly scan in 20 week 3 days it show 4.6mm nuchal fold
My question is as pregnancy proceed nuchal fold increase,how we consider in which week nuchal fold measurement is taken at accurate value

Nuchal fold thickness should be measured between 12 to 13 weeks and 5 days and should be less than 2.5
As the baby growth the thickness is bound to increase
