The nuchal fold thickness of more than 3- 3.5 is abnormal. But provided other markers are normal it's less significant. But in any case do a NIPT and TIFFA scan

The sensitivity and specificity of the Double marker test is about 60-65% . TIFFA test is much more reliable. I suppose you are talking about the TIFFA test. To get a 99% reliable report you may bid for NIPT.

Hello ma'am, the nuchal fold thickness is what we refer to as a 'Soft marker' in medical jargon. It's significance reduces after 12 week ultrasound and by 20 weeks the likelihood of this being interpreted as a concerning feature further drops if all other parameters are normal. I would advice you to not worry about it and take care of yourself without undue stress. Kindly note that all the ultrasound findings are observer based which are largely dependent on the position of the child.
Next Steps
Eat well. Rest well. Stay happy. Tender love and care is  prescribed by your doctor😊

Thickness more than 3.5mm considered abnormal But you can wait and get early anomaly scan to rule out since the rest of the parameters were normal
