Regarding my 1 month old
My one month old is having small pimples on face and body. The doctor suggested atogla lotion, but no effect.. please suggest if I continue the same lotion.

And baby is feeding well with normal urine frequency (around7 times a day) then there is no concern, u can continue atonal.
Keep hygiene prophylaxis as well.
