Hi, I want to know is it safe to consume fish oils? I am taking those for eye sights and strength. Can you please suggest?

Fish oil is good but I would suggest for more vit A Rich foods like green leafy veggie, carrot,pumpkin, rather than a pill.

Hello Yes you can take and it's safe also .but go for natural way for eye sight eat vitamin A and D rich food like carrot, fish tuna, green vegetables, broccoli, grapes.dairy product cheese yolk soyamilk cereal. For strength boosting for food rich in high protein diet fish salmon raw nuts and seeds yogurt.

Hi Yeah it is safe to take fish oil capsules if not suffering from any Medical issue. But it very important to see your levels and know for what purpose you are taking fish oils, as sometimes over intake also harms you. So I would suggest you to get blood tests done then take the any supplementation. Yes you can take but just for 3 months. Better check your some vitamins levels like vitamin D then take. As per your height you are under weight you need to gain some weight like 5 kg Atlest.
