Regarding fat stomach after delivery
Sir, My wife has fat stomach after delivery , is there any remedies like gel,capsules to reduce it. After delivery she didn't used to bind the stomach with cloth so it is started. Kindly suggest which lifestyle to be adopt.

We need to do regular exercises for the tummy muscles to tone up... Regular cardio and aerobic is the best way

How long has it been since delivery? Also using an abdominal binder belt will help but a clinical examination is needed to ascertain the exact problem. It could also be that the abdominal muscles may need repair.

Use elastoderm cream twice a day over abdomen (stomach ). It will help in decreasing striae and scars of delivery.
