Dear This isn’t normal ECG as heart rate is more than 100,so we may find other non cardiac causes like anxiety,hyperthyroidism etc

The ECG shows sinus tachycardia.However the holter monitoring shows supraventicular tachycardia and ventricular ectopic bouts.Ideally you should consult a cardiologist for the further management.
