Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits and sprouts in ur meals ,it helps both u and ur son. Millets flour, wholegrains, flour, grams flour, almonds powder can make a healthy food for both of u. Sleep when ur baby sleeps,or make a habit for ur baby to sleep ,while u sleep, gradually he will adjust to ur time as he grows up.

Hi, A person needs minimum 6 to maximum 10 hours of sleep and average it to 7-8 hours. If not at a stretch then power naps during the day will also help to energise your body. Add milk, curd, paneer, egg, nuts and deep coloured fruits and vegetables. Have small frequent meals and do not skip meals.

Once there is routine pattern established for feeding your son  waking up in the morning  may not cause fatigue . Have some one in turns to pacify the little one at night so that there is kind of a mutual rest and the fatigue rate can reduce so you can get good 6 to hours 7 of sleep which can make you energized to start the day With regard to diet include variety of vegetables fruits, cereals, pulses, lentils, dairy and nuts on a regular basis to keep  you energetic during the day
