Most of the medicines used for Cough suppression or used as expectorant are to be used with extreme caution when the patient is pregnant, and that too in the first three months. So we should be sure that you need that medicine. Please consult a General Physician or a Gynaecologist in your area who can examine you and confirm that you need that medicine.
