Why m still not feeling good after cold
I had a cold last week and fever. Its been 10 days now. Fever is gone and the cough and runny nose is also almost gone but i am still not feeling good from inside.
The energy which was there before the cold is not there.
I have a trip comingin 3 days and I don't want to ruin the trip because of this :(

You must've had viral upper respiratory tract infection and it leads to generalized weakness. It can be managed with proper dietary modifications and supplementation. Consult with proper history for better management and apt advice.
