Regarding cervix short with polyp
I am 5th month of pregnancy having cervical length of 2.2 and also having polyp please suggest should I remove polyp and can I do cervical cercalage

Cervical length is short. Do you have any prior history of abortion?  What is the internal os diameter? If you don't have any prior history of abortion cerclage may not be needed. But some prefer prophylactic cerclage. So you need consultation with gynaecologist physically
