Regarding CBC
As a routine check up I did cbc and other test. My lymphocytes is 43 ( normal range is 25 to 40) and tsh is 9.9( normal range is 0.5 to 5). Other test and parameters are normal. Is it something to worry about.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from Hypothyroidism. Increase in lymphocyte indicate that you have some infection  like hypothyroidism etc.
Next Steps
you should take Treatment of Hypothyroidism as 1-Tab Thyronorm 50mcg 1 time per day for 1 month before food . 2- Cap Multivitamin A to Z gold 2 time per day for 1 month after food for strength and immunity. After 1 month check  again Thyroid profile.

Dear patient Your tsh level is high ,and you have to worry about that Start thyronorm 12.5 mg early morning before breakfast and after one month go for thyroid profile test again

Start on Thyronorm 25 mcg tablet daily 1 tab  before breakfast early morning. Repeat Thyroid test after 1 month. If TSH is still above 5, then increase the dose to 50 mcg
Next Steps
