Redness on tounge
I have redness on tounge and it's burning. I think I ate something hot 4 days back, but this happens very frequently when I eat something hot.

Good morning, Eating hot can burn the tongue or any part of the mouth. You need to avoid eating so hot.  Eating so hot is not good and it definitely causes thermal injury to anyone.
Next Steps
Apply Dologel if there is pain.  it will take few days to a week to heal.
